An older gentleman in the office came out and tried to help get my tailgate latch unstuck. After a few minutes of tinkering, he explained to me what was wrong and that it was relatively easy to fix if I took the plastic off.

He said the guys at the shop could do it, but it would be a bit. He also quoted me a ding on my front bumper.

The gentleman went above and beyond to help and explain how I could fix it on my own. I will be back to get my bumper fixed. Great service and friendly people.
