Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safety and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. This is a crucial role in our organization as you will be providing assistance to stranded motorists.

Duties:

• Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles from breakdown sites, and accident scenes.
• Perform automotive diagnostics to determine the cause of vehicle breakdowns.
• Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment.
• Secure vehicles properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the tow truck
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Perform basic automotive repairs or assist with mechanical issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commercial driving experience preferred
• Knowledge of manual transmission operation
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
• Ability to operate a flatbed safely
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations

Job Description:

Bob's Auto Body of Saint John, MI is looking for a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in the auto body industry.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and body shop services on vehicles (including painting, detailing, etc.)
• Inspect vehicle damage and perform necessary repairs
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency, following company policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials
• Arrange for necessary parts and materials
• Arrange for necessary parts and equipment for the shop to perform work on a daily basis.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Be able to stand for 8-10 hours.
